You can merge two customer records. Post-merge, all transactions and documents of both businesses are available under one business.
Note: You cannot undo a merge.
- Log in and click the required business from the Business page.
- The Customers page appears. Click the drop-down icon and from the inline menu, click Merge.
- On the Customers window, select a customer to be merged with the one you had chosen in the above step.
- The Information Message window appears. Click OK.
To view your plan subscription details, on the top of the page, click the My Subscription icon.
