Managing CRM Reports

BrightBooks offers the following CRM reports. To know more about the reports, click on the links below.

Activities Report

This report shows the activities under various heads depending on the criteria you set. To generate the report, complete the following steps.

1. On the Reports page, under the CRM heading, click Activities Report.

2. The Activities Report page appears. Enter the required criteria and click [Run].

3. The report is generated.

Opportunities Report

This report shows the details of all opportunities such as stage, type of customer and weighting based on the criteria. To generate the report, complete the following steps.

1. On the Reports page, under the CRM heading, click Opportunity Report.

2. The Opportunity Report page appears. Enter the required criteria and click [Run].

3. The report is generated.

  
  • To add or remove columns in the report, click [Advanced Settings] and then from Advanced Settings window, add or remove the required columns and 
    click [Update].
  • To print the report, click [Print].
  • To save the report in the excel format, click [Excel].
  • To save the report to the local disk in the PDF format, click [Save].
  • To email the report, click the [Email].

Contacts Report

This report shows contacts based on their categories such as personal or business. To generate the report, complete the following steps.

1. The Reports page appears. Under the CRM heading, click Contacts Report.

2. The Contacts Report page appears. Select the contact type and click [Run] to generate the report.

3. The report is generated.

  
  • To add or remove columns in the report, click [Advanced Settings] and then from Advanced Settings window, add or remove the required columns and
     click [Update].
  • To print the report, click [Print].
  • To save the report in the excel format, click [Excel].
  • To save the report to the local disk in the PDF format, click [Save].
  • To email the report, click the [Email].
