Items comprise either a Product or Service based on whether a quote/order is made. You have the option to either Add an item, Update an item or Delete an item. You can add an Item from the Customer's Add Invoice section, Add Invoice section, Add Quote section or the Add Order section. 

Add Item

You can either add a Product or a Service.

Product

1. Click the Product Name placeholder, to select a product from the list that appears. 
2. The Product Details of the selected product are automatically updated. 
3. You can edit the Product Description that has been automatically generated if required.
4. You can edit the Unit price that has been automatically generated if required.
5. Enter the required Unit for the product.
6. You can edit the Nominal Code that has been automatically generated by selecting another from the list.
7. You can edit the VAT Rate that has been automatically generated by selecting another from the list.
8. You can edit the Division that has been automatically generated by selecting another from the list.
9. You can edit the Sub-Division that has been automatically generated by selecting another from the list.
10. You can edit the Discount that has been automatically generated if required.
11. You can edit the Discount that has been automatically generated if required.
12. The Net Amount is automatically generated from the units selected.
13. You can edit the VAT Amount that has been automatically generated if required.
14. You can also add a new product by clicking the Plus icon beside the Product Name placeholder. You can see the steps to add a Product here.
15. The Total Amount is displayed below.
16. Click Add Item.
17. A new Product Item has now been added.

Service

1. Enter a Service Description on the Description placeholder.
2. Enter the Unit Price.
3. Enter the required Quantity.
4. Select the Nominal Code from the list, for the service.
5. Select the VAT Rate from the list, for the service.
6. Select the Division from the list, for the service.
7. Select the Sub-Division from the list, for the service.
8. Enter the Discount for the service.
9. Enter the Net Amount for the service.
10. Enter the VAT Amount for the service.
11. The Total Amount is displayed below.
12. Click Add Item.
13. A new Service Item has now been added.

Update Item

You can either update a Product or a Service.

Update Product

1. Click the Product Name placeholder, to update to another product from the list that appears. 
2. The Product Details of the selected product are automatically updated. 
3. Update the Product Description that has been automatically generated if required.
4. Update the Unit price that has been automatically generated if required.
5. Update the required Unit for the product.
6. Update the Nominal Code that has been automatically generated by selecting another from the list.
7. Update the VAT Rate that has been automatically generated by selecting another from the list.
8. Update the Division that has been automatically generated by selecting another from the list.
9. Update the Sub-Division that has been automatically generated by selecting another from the list.
10. Update the Discount that has been automatically generated if required.
11. Update the Discount that has been automatically generated if required.
12. The Net Amount is automatically generated from the units that you have updated.
13. Update the VAT Amount that has been automatically generated if required.
14. You can also add a new product by clicking the Plus icon beside the Product Name placeholder. You can see the steps to add a Product here.
15. The updated Total Amount is displayed below.
16. Click Update Item.
17. The Product Item has now been updated.

Update Service

1. Update a Service Description on the Description placeholder.
2. Update the Unit Price.
3. Update the required Quantity.
4. Update the Nominal Code from the list for the service.
5. Update the VAT Rate from the list, for the service.
6. Update the Division from the list, for the service.
7. Update the Sub-Division from the list, for the service.
8. Update the Discount for the service.
9. Update the Net Amount for the service.
10. Update the VAT Amount for the service.
11. The updated Total Amount is displayed below.
12. Click Update Item.
13. The Service Item has now been updated.

Delete Item

1. Select an Item that is automatically generated after selecting a Quote/Order.
2. Scroll down to tap the Delete Item button.
3. The Item has now been deleted.
