The Quotes section can be accessed by clicking the Quotes icon on the bottom panel. This page has three main functions that are defined below.
Search/View/Sort/Filter Quotes
Search
- Click the Search tab at the top.
- Enter the Quote number or Customer name on the tab to find the one you are looking for.
- Select the Quote to open its detailed information.
View
- This page displays a list of all the quotes available for the business that you have signed it for.
- In the list, you can see the Customer Name, Quote Number, Gross Amount, and Quote Date for each Quote.
Sort
- Click the 'down arrow' on the top right that is displayed below the Search bar.
- The Sort Options are displayed. The different options are Name, Quote Number, Date and Gross Amount.
- Once the Sort option is selected, the page displays the list of quotes under the selected filter.
Filter
- Click the Filter icon beside the Search tab to apply a filter for Quotes.
- You can filter using either the Status of the Quote or the Date.
- The Quote Status can be filtered by Open, Closed-Won, or Closed-Lost. You can choose either of the three.
- The Date can be filtered either by Month or Year. You can choose either of the two.
- Once the required filters are selected, click Apply.
- The selected filters are applied, and the quotes that meet the condition are shown in the list.
Detailed Quote View
If you click any of the Quotes from the View Quote page, it will open a detailed description of the selected quote. You can view the Customer Name, Quote Number, P.O. Number, Quote Date, Item Summary, Net Amount, VAT Amount, and Total Amount.
If you click the Item Summary, the Item page opens which first shows whether the selected Item is a Product or a Service. You can also see the Item Description, Unit Price, Quantity, Nominal Code, VAT Code, Division, Sub Division, Discount, Net Amount, VAT Amount, and Total Amount. Add Quote
