Payment Manager is priced on a pay‑per‑use basis. There is no monthly subscription fee, no sign‑up fee, and no cost to join. You pay a fee only when a payment is successfully collected — nothing is charged when no payments are collected.
Fee schedule
Fee structures may vary by payment type (card, digital wallets, bank transfer) and region. For Ireland‑based vendors:
Full fee schedule
| Payment type | Fee | Notes | Standard rate from 1 Jan 2027 |
| Domestic Visa / Mastercard (consumer) | 0.9% | EAP introductory rate | 1.5% + €0.25 |
| Premium / business cards | 2.5% + €0.25 | Per transaction | 2.5% + €0.25 |

How are fees collected?
Fees are deducted from your payouts — you do not pay separately. Your statements and payout reports show the gross transaction amount, fees applied, and net amount received.
Chargeback fees
A fee of €20 applies per chargeback raised, regardless of outcome.
Tip: Remind clients how Payments Manager transactions appear on their statement to reduce chargeback risk.
