- Pay Now is switched on for your invoices.
- You send your invoices to customers by email from BrightBooks.
Helping your customers pay
- Send the invoice to your customer by email from BrightBooks.
- Ask your customer to open the invoice using the link in that email.
- Your customer views the invoice on the print page, where the Pay Now button is shown, and can choose it to pay.
