Bright has now introduced a new and improved login process for its users through the mobile application. The legacy identity service has been moved to a more secure method. The login process is quite easy and follows the basic steps mentioned below. However, if you are not yet signed in, you must sign in through the website before logging in using the same credentials. Login
You can directly log in if you are already registered as a user. You can follow the steps to complete the log-in process successfully:
- Open the Brightbooks application.
- Enter a valid Username/Email Address. Make sure that the email address being provided is already registered under BrightBooks.
- Enter your valid Password. You can see the password, by clicking on the View icon on the Password tab.
- Click Sign In to log in to the application.
- You have successfully logged in.
- If your email is registered with more than one business, the list opens and you can select the business you want to access. You can also search for the business using the Search tab and click Continue to log in.
- If your email is registered with only one business, then you are directly logged in for that particular business.

Forgot Password
You can reset your account password using your registered email address with Bright ID. However, you have to use the BrightBooks website and log in to the app using the new password. To follow the steps of resetting your password, click here.
Logout
You can log out by clicking the top-right corner 'arrow' button. Select Yes for the confirmation message that appears in the dialogue box. The message shows, "Are you sure you want to log out?"; the options are Yes and No.
