What is BrightHub?
BrightHub will act as a secure, centralised platform where you can easily manage all your product subscriptions in one place. A few of the key features are listed below:
- Centralised Billing: Add and update your payment method and billing details for all your Bright products in one location.
- Manage Members: Add or remove team members and assign which Bright products specific members have access to. Please note, you cannot amend your log in email directly, you would need to add your new email as a new user on BrightHub and once setup, login with your new email and remove your old email from BrightHub.
- Company Information: Keep your company details current and accurate.
- Update your Subscriptions: Upgrade or make changes to any product subscription.
Please note, transferring subscription licences from one Practice to a new Practice/client or moving businesses requires support escalation. You will need to contact support directly.
