New ecommerce functionality for Bright customers

We're excited to introduce a new, more convenient way to purchase Bright software products directly from the Bright website. This update is designed to make acquiring BrightManager, BrightPropose, BrightAccountsProduction, BrightBooks, and BrightTax (UK only) faster and easier than ever.

What's new?

You can now purchase the following Bright products directly from our website:

• BrightManager
• BrightPropose
• BrightAccountsProduction
• BrightBooks
• BrightTax (UK only)

Simply head to the Software Solutions area on our website, select the product you need, add it to your basket, and complete the purchase using a credit or debit card.

Important notes for existing Bright customers

If you're already a Bright customer, here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Add-ons for a product you have already ordered/are using ie BrightManager AML or SMS credits should still be purchased through BrightHub.
• However, you can now purchase any of the other products mentioned via the website or through BrightHub, the choice is yours.
• All ecommerce transactions on the website must be completed using a credit or debit card. If your usual payment method is Direct Debit, please continue to order through BrightHub.

Account access and permissions

To ensure purchases are linked to the correct customer account:

• You’ll be asked to log in to BrightHub when buying through the website. This links your purchase directly to your Bright account.
• If someone else in your business attempts to buy a product, they will be prompted to contact the designated Bright account administrator. This helps ensure proper control and oversight of software access and billing.
• We’ve also implemented checks to prevent duplicate purchases of the same product, helping reduce the risk of accidental orders, cancellations, or confusion.
