BrightBooks Payment Manager is available for IE clients, it adds a Pay Now button to every invoice you send in BrightBooks.
Once your account is approved, your clients can pay in a few clicks — directly from the invoice. BrightBooks records the payment automatically against the correct invoice. No separate platform. No manual reconciliation. No additional hardware or software required.
Payment Manager is powered by Unipaas, a specialist payment provider that powers embedded payment solutions for software platforms.
Ireland: Payments are processed by Unipaas Europe Limited, acting as a commercial agent on behalf of BrightBooks merchants, an activity that is exempted under the payment services regulation.
How does it work?
- You send an invoice from BrightBooks as normal.

No chasing. No manual entry. No switching between platforms.

Limits on Payment Manager Invoices?
There is a standard limit of €5,000–€10,000 per Payment Manager invoice. Payments Manager payments are processed through Unipaas, a regulated payment institution that regularly runs checks to protect Bright and its clients from fraudulent high-value transactions. If your business regularly processes higher-value transactions, you can request a limit increase by emailing paymentsmanager@unipaas.com with a brief description of your service, your live website/business URL, and a sample invoice. The Unipaas team typically confirms a new limit within 2–3 working days.
